Stock rubber brake lines are susceptible to damage, drying, cracking, and expansion under pressure, which can reduce brake effectiveness and lead to a poor pedal feel. This kit addresses these issues by utilizing D.O.T. approved, braided stainless steel lines. These stainless steel lines virtually eliminate high-pressure expansion, providing a significantly improved and more consistent brake pedal feel. The braided stainless construction also offers greater durability, making them less susceptible to road debris damage and resistant to drying or cracking over time.
