Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust

The COBB Tuning Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust is engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 2011-2021 GV and VA Subaru WRX/STI Sedan models. Construction is a key highlight, with the entire system crafted from durable 304 stainless steel and meticulously TIG welded for both aesthetic appeal and longevity. The 3" stainless steel mid-pipe incorporates a flex section for system compliance and leads to another 3" cast flange that mates with the y-pipe. The y-pipe itself features a robust cast split section, an advancement over welded designs, which divides the exhaust flow into twin 2.5" tubes. The bespoke COBB-designed mufflers are central to the system's performance and sound characteristics, featuring a 2.5" single inlet and dual 2.5" outlets that accommodate optional slip-on 3.5" dual wall, slash-cut tips with laser-etched COBB logos. Installation is facilitated by included multi-layer steel (MLS) gaskets for all connections. COBB offers optional Blued or Brushed Titanium Exhaust tips to further customize the vehicle's appearance. This cat-back exhaust is not an emissions-related part and can be used on emission-controlled vehicles.
