Stainless Steel Exhaust Header

The Speedwerx Stainless Steel Exhaust Header is engineered to maximize power and performance for 2012-2019 Arctic Cat Wildcat and Wildcat X models. Each joint is hand-prepped and sand rolled before undergoing a purge TIG welding process, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and optimal internal flow. This header offers a direct bolt-in fit for 2015-2019 models equipped with a single inlet muffler. For 2012-2014 models, it can be retrofitted when paired with a 2015-2019 single inlet muffler. However, installation on 2012-2014 models requires additional components: a new exhaust donut compatible with the 2015-2019 muffler, and a plug for the O2 sensor bung. Furthermore, the 2015-2019 style water pump to radiator coolant hose is recommended for adequate clearance on these earlier models. Heavy-duty copper exhaust gaskets are also highly recommended for all model years, as stock gaskets can degrade and restrict exhaust flow over time. For enhanced performance, combining this header with a Speedwerx slip-on muffler and a Power Commander fuel controller can yield up to a 10% power gain. Options for additional O2 sensor bungs for use with a Dynojet Autotune or aftermarket AFR gauge are available. Speedwerx also offers matching L2 Light N' Loud and Q6 Quiet Series mufflers, as well as a Stage 2 Exterminator Kit for a complete performance upgrade.
