Description

The Ferrea Competition Plus Exhaust Valve Kit is engineered for demanding performance applications, specifically for VW and Audi 2.0T FSI and TSI 16V engines. Constructed from advanced aerospace-quality alloys like EV8-Z18, these valves provide exceptional tensile strength and are built for extreme duty. The manufacturing process involves an exclusive two-step slow forging technique that ensures optimal grain flow and minimizes material damage. Following forging, the valves undergo heat treatment and stress relief over a 48-hour period to achieve critical molecular integrity. Each valve features a standard 28mm head diameter and a total length of 102mm, with a 5.96mm stem diameter. The construction utilizes a combination of stainless steel and super alloy for durability. They are finished with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip for enhanced longevity. This kit directly replaces the OEM part number 06D-109-611-H.
