Stainless Steel Header Kit with Mandrel-Bent Tubing

The LC Engineering Pro Race Header Kit is a meticulously engineered exhaust manifold for high RPM race applications, built on over two decades of LC Engineering's expertise in race header design. This kit is designed to provide significant torque gains and maximum high-RPM horsepower due to its long tube design and large 1 5/8" primaries. Constructed from 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel, the header tubes are mandrel-bent to ensure optimal flow without kinks or restrictions. The header flanges are manufactured in-house; the 1/2" thick head flange is CNC-cut and re-surfaced for flatness, with tubes welded internally and externally for race-header quality. The 3/8" thick collector flange features a 2 1/4" opening, and both are designed for factory-style gaskets. This Pro Race Header Kit includes new header and collector gaskets, collector hardware, and an extra 2-bolt flange for custom exhaust fabrication. It is intended solely for high RPM race applications and is not recommended for daily drivers or vehicles with mild modifications, as serious engine modifications are needed to utilize its high-flow capacity. This product is for off-road use only and is not street legal for emissions-controlled vehicles. It does not include provisions for stock air injection tubes or oxygen sensors. Fitment is confirmed for all 1982 to 1995 2WD Toyota pickups. LC Engineering cannot guarantee fitment for any chassis before 1982, RVs, or 4WD pickups and 4Runners (which require Part #1041024). LC Engineering strongly advises against wrapping the headers with any exhaust wrap, as this will void the warranty and increase the risk of premature failure due to corrosion.
