Overview

The PPE Engineering Stainless Steel Headers are designed as a direct replacement for stock manifolds and catalytic converters. Constructed from T304 stainless steel, these headers feature equal-length, 16-gauge tubing with a formed-with-spike collector.

Installation includes O2 sensor extensions, a PNP O2 conditioner, and gaskets. The headers are compatible with stock or aftermarket midpipes and exhaust systems, with optional high-flow catalytic converters available for welding into the midpipe.

Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, these headers feature equal-length, 16-gauge tubing with a formed-with-spike collector design. Key specifications include a 3/8" thick head and outlet flange, mandrel-bent tubing, and a 15-degree parallel merge collector option. The package includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as O2 sensor extensions, a PNP O2 conditioner, and gaskets. Optional high-flow catalytic converters, compliant with EPA and OBD2 standards, are available and must be welded into the midpipe. Optional ceramic coatings can enhance appearance, provide thermal barrier properties, and offer corrosion protection. Fitment is specific: these headers are designed for 2007 through 2015 GS350 models equipped with the 2GR-FSE engine only. Crucially, they **DO NOT FIT** 2016 and newer models with the 2GR-FKS engine. Additionally, forum discussions indicate that some applications may encounter a check engine light.
