Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers 1.875-Inch Primary Tubes

The JBA 6817S long tube headers are engineered to deliver maximum performance gains and enhance high-RPM efficiency for your 1997-2000 Chevrolet Corvette. Constructed from durable stainless steel, these headers boast 3/8-inch thick CNC laser-cut flanges for a secure seal and robust construction. The primary tubes measure 1.875 inches in diameter, flowing into patented JBA Firecone® collectors with a 2.5-inch port diameter, designed for smooth exhaust flow and optimal performance. These headers feature large diameter, mandrel-bent steel tubes and oversized exhaust ports to minimize restrictions and maximize horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range. The design also prioritizes maximum ground clearance, which is beneficial for vehicles that have been lowered. The headers are equipped with O2 sensor provisions and O2 sensor extensions are also provided. For closed-course competition use only.
