Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers

The JBA Performance Exhaust 6612S long tube headers are engineered to be the top choice for achieving maximum performance gains and optimizing high RPM efficiency. These headers are constructed from robust stainless steel, featuring large diameter, mandrel-bent primary tubes measuring 1.75 inches and extra-thick 3/8-inch CNC laser-cut flanges. Constructed for durability, these headers come in an uncoated, matte grey finish. The design prioritizes maximum ground clearance, preventing the collectors from dragging on lowered vehicles. These headers are intended for closed course competition use only. Key specifications include a 1.75-inch primary tubing diameter, a 2.5-inch collector port diameter, and a 0.059-inch tube wall thickness. They are designed as full-length headers and do not feature oxygen sensor ports. Gaskets and mounting hardware are included. This product is legal for use on Pre-Pollution Controlled Vehicles (1967 and older US Manufactured Federally Certified Vehicles) and for closed course competition use only, not for street use on emissions-controlled vehicles. Fitment is specifically for the 260-351W V8 engines in 1964-1973 Ford Mustangs, 1967-1968 Cougars, 1966-1967 Fairlanes, 1960-1965 Falcons, 1962-1965 Comets, and 1960-1967 Rancheros. Note that installation may require Z-bar modification or a new JBA Z-Bar (P/N 1650Z), and fitment is specifically for vehicles with a Mustang II style Rack & Pinion front suspension.
