Designed with CAD simulation and flow testing, these headers feature long primary tubes to enhance high-RPM power for exhilarating acceleration. The stepped sizing optimizes torque output across a wider RPM range, while the race merge collector ensures ample exhaust flow for maximum performance benefits. Constructed from lightweight stainless steel, this race header is ideal for racing applications like drag or road racing, as well as high-performance builds that include modifications such as camshafts and high-flow intakes. Drivers who enjoy pushing their engines to their limits will appreciate the noticeable boost in horsepower and torque, along with improved throttle response and a more aggressive exhaust sound. The catalytic converter is eliminated on all race headers to maximize power output and reduce back pressure. This header is specifically designed for 2005-2009 Scion tC models with L4 engines, including Base and Spec trims. A CEL (Check Engine Light) eliminator is recommended for this header, and compatible part numbers such as the Universal Cel Eliminator (Part# 963-111-101) or the Upgraded Adjustable CEL Eliminator (Part# 963-111-104) are available. However, please be aware that this product is not for sale or street use in California and CARB states.
