Stainless Steel Sealing Rings

Manufactured with reinforced M0115 material, renowned for its asbestos-free composition and original equipment approval, this gasket offers superior quality and reliability. The separate stainless steel rings provide maximum sealing around the cylinder bore, making it ideal for engines utilizing NOS and/or turbo applications where boost pressures exceed 2 bar. Notably, no head and block machining is required for installation. Further enhancing its sealing capabilities, silicon-based beading is applied to critical areas, fortifying the seal around all water and oil cooling passages. The gasket has a maximum bore size of 92.5mm and a thickness of 1.0mm, specifically designed for the Toyota G16E-GTS GR Yaris / Corolla engine program.
