Stainless Steel Shorty Header

The JBA Performance Exhaust 1830S is a performance-grade shorty header engineered as a significant upgrade over restrictive stock manifolds. Constructed from durable, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, it's built to withstand demanding conditions from racing to daily driving. With primary tubing diameter of 1.625 inches and a collector port diameter of 2.5 inches, this header offers improved exhaust flow. The 0.059-inch thick tubing and 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports contribute to its robust construction and leak-free installation. It also includes a factory-style oxygen sensor port, gasket, and mounting hardware for convenience. The uncoated, matte grey finish adds to its performance aesthetic. This header is specifically designed for 1987-1991 Chevrolet Suburban and Blazer models with V8 engines (5.7L/350 cubic inches), provided they are without a smog pump. Note that raised port cylinder heads may cause installation issues.
