The JT Superflow Stainless Steel Sport Exhaust is a 3-inch performance exhaust system engineered for Volvo S40 and V50 T5 FWD models manufactured from 2005 onwards. This system includes a downpipe and a dual tailpipe setup, exiting on both the left and right sides. The construction utilizes robust AISI409 stainless steel for the tubing and AISI304 stainless steel for the mufflers, ensuring durability and a premium finish. This sport exhaust system is designed to enhance both the sound and performance of your vehicle, with claims of adding 8-10% more power. It comes complete with all necessary installation parts and features two 90mm polished end tips. Customers have the flexibility to choose their preferred downpipe option, including configurations without a catalytic converter or with a 100-cell or 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter. Additionally, the number of mufflers can be selected, with options for one or two mufflers. The tubing size measures 3 inches (76.2mm) in diameter, contributing to improved exhaust flow. This upgrade is ideal for enthusiasts looking to optimize their Volvo's performance and auditory experience.
