The RENNtech Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers are a performance exhaust system designed for the W222 S63 AMG BiTurbo.

Crafted from T-304 stainless steel and hand-built in the USA, these mufflers feature 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing. They are rigorously tested to deliver a deep sound without unwanted cabin resonance and improve performance by reducing back pressure and increasing exhaust flow.

The system integrates an electronic valve system that utilizes the OEM actuators and includes all necessary hardware, though cutting of the OEM exhaust is required.

The RENNtech Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers are a premium exhaust upgrade specifically engineered for the W222 S63 AMG BiTurbo model. Constructed from durable T-304 stainless steel and meticulously hand-crafted in the USA, these mufflers are designed to enhance both the sound and performance of your vehicle. With 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing, they offer a lighter weight alternative to the stock exhaust. The system is rigorously tested to eliminate unwanted cabin resonance, ensuring a deep, refined exhaust note befitting a luxury performance vehicle. Performance gains of up to 10 HP and 15 TQ are achievable due to reduced exhaust back pressure, increased exhaust gas flow, and improved cylinder scavenging. The system features an integrated electronic valve that utilizes the factory OEM actuators, allowing for dynamic sound control. Installation requires cutting of the OEM exhaust system, but no welding is necessary. All required hardware is included. Note that this system is designed for the W222 S63 AMG Sedan and utilizes electronic OEM actuators.
