The ISR Performance Stainless Steel Test Pipes are engineered to replace the factory catalytic converters on the Nissan 350Z (Z33) and Infiniti G35. These pipes feature a straight-through design, constructed from durable stainless steel, to eliminate exhaust flow restrictions and maximize horsepower and torque gains. They utilize stock flange locations, ensuring compatibility with OEM and many aftermarket exhaust systems. O2 sensor adapter extensions are included to maintain proper sensor positioning and help prevent check engine lights. All necessary gaskets and hardware are provided for a complete installation. Designed for off-road use only, these test pipes offer significant performance benefits by removing the most restrictive part of the VQ35 exhaust system. This results in increased exhaust flow, leading to measurable power gains, especially when combined with a tune and intake. The removal of the catalytic converters also notably enhances the exhaust note, producing a deeper and more aggressive sound. Fitment includes Nissan 350Z (Z33) models with VQ35DE and VQ35HR engines, and Infiniti G35 (Coupe and Sedan) models with VQ35DE and VQ35HR engines. It is important to verify your specific year and engine variant before ordering. Note that this product will not fit on X model AWD G35s. An ECU tune is recommended after installation to optimize performance and address potential CELs related to catalyst efficiency.
