Overview

The Stance+ Street coilover kit is a height-adjustable suspension system designed for the Mini (R50). These units are manufactured from steel with a powder-coated black finish to provide protection against the elements.

Each coilover utilizes oil-filled dampers that are 25%-30% stiffer than factory suspension, delivering a firmer ride quality suitable for road use and occasional track days.

Constructed from steel and finished with a black powder coating for enhanced weather resistance, these dampers are oil-filled and rated 25%-30% stiffer to provide a firm yet forgiving ride quality. The kit includes high-tensile chrome silicon steel springs, shot-peened for added strength, along with built-in elastomer bump stops, helper springs, and shorter piston rods to ensure consistent performance. Compatibility is specific to 2001-2006 Mini (R50) models, including 1.4 One, 1.4 One D, 1.6 One, and 1.6 Cooper, excluding JCW trims. Note that a silver stepped spacer is included for rear strut bottom bolt spacing, but this spacer is for use on R56/R57/R55 models only and must NOT be used on R50/R52/R53 models. Installation requires professional handling; these units use original equipment top mounts, which are not included. Additional requirements may include shortened drop links, shortened bump stops, or wheel spacers depending on the configuration. Professional installation by a qualified vehicle technician is strongly advised for safety.
