Stand-Alone Low-Pressure Fuel System

The Precision Raceworks M3/M4/M340i/M440i (G8x/G2x) Stand Alone AFS™ is a high-performance, stable low-pressure fuel system specifically engineered for dedicated port injection setups. This system utilizes two Walbro 535 (F9000295) fuel pumps, delivering a substantial combined flow rate of 800 LPH at 3 bar, and is fully compatible with 100% ethanol. The AFS.800 system is designed to overcome the limitations of factory fuel systems when adding port injection. It provides rock-solid fuel pressure that can be scaled 1:1 with boost pressure, reduces demand on the car's Direct Injection (DI) system by minimizing pressure fluctuations, and makes tuning port fueling easier and more accurate. The system features plug-and-play connectors, eliminating the need to cut the factory harness. Key components include a billet aluminum top hat with three high-flow fuel ports, an optimal pump location to resist fuel slosh, and a fully adjustable 1:1 scaling billet fuel pressure regulator. A 10-micron USA-made Microglass fuel filter is included, ideal for E85, along with smooth bore high-flow PTFE fuel feed and return lines (AN6). All connections are billet, and the system is easily expandable for future fuel needs. For applications using a plate-style spacer for port injection, direct contact with Precision Raceworks is required. The AFS.800 has a recommended base pressure of 43.5 psi-g and a maximum fuel pressure of 110 psi-g. It features 2 fuel output ports and 1 fuel return port. The total system weight is 14 lbs.
