Enhance your 90-93 Mazda NA6 Miata or 94-97 JDM & EUR Mazda NA MX-5 with the AMPEFI MSPNPPro-MM9093, a fully standalone, plug-and-play engine management solution. It comes with a pre-loaded base map for initial startup. The MSPNPPro-MM9093 provides comprehensive engine control with 16x16 fuel and ignition tables for precise mapping, multiple acceleration enrichment strategies, and closed-loop idle speed control. It features 4 sequential fuel injector channels, onboard high impedance injector drivers, and supports both OEM wasted spark ignition or sequential coil-on-plug conversion. Advanced features include 12x12 air-fuel ratio target tables, VVT support, programmable voltage regulator control, multiple traction control strategies, a 3-step rev limiter with launch control, and real-time barometric correction. The internal 4-bar MAP sensor can read up to 44 PSI of boost, and the ECU includes overboost protection and closed-loop boost control capabilities (requires EBC solenoid kit). Additional functionalities include rally-style anti-lag, water injection control, knock sensor input, table switching input for on-the-fly map changes, flex fuel sensor input, and a CANBus connector for integration with other MegaSquirt-compatible devices. Important compatibility notes: This unit is designed exclusively for Manual Transmission vehicles and does not support Automatic Transmission Control. For certain 1993 California models, the wiring harness may need to be repinned for sequential injection. Additionally, specific ignition input modifications are noted as not compatible with certain systems (e.g., CDI, VR sensors).
