Standalone Wiring Harness for Vortec Engines

The PSI Conversions HAR-G3CA is a standalone wiring harness specifically engineered for retrofitting 1999-2003 Vortec engines (4.8, 5.3, 6.0, or 5.7 Liter) and 4L60E-75/4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars, street rods, or non-emissions controlled vehicles. Constructed with brand-new GM Delphi connectors and TXL high-temperature wire to GM specifications, the HAR-G3CA ensures professional quality. It supports the use of factory Vortec intake manifolds and Multec injectors, with optional compatibility for flex-fuel (EV14/EV6) and EV1 injectors. The harness includes connections for essential functions such as fuel pump control (relay included), fan controls (relays sold separately), check engine light, speedometer, tachometer, IAC and TPS on DBC setups, MAF sensor, MAP sensor, engine coolant temp sensor, alternator control, upstream oxygen sensors, crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, fuel injectors, coil packs, transmission control, and knock sensors. The harness provides approximately 4-5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the dashboard, featuring a sliding grommet seal for a professional, leak-proof installation. This harness requires PCM VATs removal, which PSI Conversions can provide. Additionally, options for adding cruise control, E85 flex fuel signal wire (requiring custom tuning), 4WD signal wire, and various loom types are available. The harness is compatible with 1999-2007 Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Hummer truck engines (DRIVE BY CABLE ONLY) using a 4L60E-75/4L80E transmission and a 5-pin mass air flow sensor, specifically designed to work with a RED/BLUE 411 P01 PCM.
