Standard Duty Leaf Springs

The All-Pro Standard Duty Leaf Springs are engineered to upgrade the suspension performance of your 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, providing a 3-inch lift for improved tire clearance and extended travel. These leaf springs are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, mounting into the original spring hangers for a straightforward installation. They feature an 11-leaf pack constructed with a special torque leaf to mitigate axle wrap and a durable military wrap at the non-shackle eye. Extended U-straps and Teflon friction pads are incorporated to enhance performance and ensure a smoother, more progressive spring rate. While these springs offer significant performance gains, it is crucial to note post-installation requirements. The factory rear bump stops will become insufficient, necessitating the purchase and installation of taller bump stops, such as Wheeler’s SuperBumps (sold separately), to prevent the spring from inverting and potentially causing damage. Additionally, longer brake lines (4 inches extended) are recommended for this lift height. Compatible shocks, like the Dobinsons IMS59-50941 or MRA59-A941, are also required. Using a lifting block or shackle flip with these springs will void the All-Pro warranty. All-Pro leaf springs are proudly Made in USA. They are sold in pairs and include a complete urethane bushing and sleeve kit, allowing for the reuse of factory bolts with provided reducer sleeves. Note that some spring sets may have one less leaf than specified, and clamp location may vary slightly, which does not impact quality or performance. It is normal for leaf springs to exhibit minor cosmetic scratches from shipping and handling; touch-up paint is recommended after installation.
