Standard Front Mount Intercooler

The custom-engineered end tanks are expertly hand-formed in-house from H-3 5052 aluminum and are fully TIG welded for maximum durability and performance. Installation is simplified thanks to two integrated mounting tabs welded to the top of the core, allowing for a solid and straightforward mounting process. Crucially, no modifications to the front bumper cover or crash beam are necessary for fitment on the intended vehicle. The intercooler comes standard with 3" inlet and 3" outlet bead-rolled tube ends for secure charge pipe connections. Vibrant Performance Vanjen clamps are available upon request for even faster, more secure connections; please contact SpeedFactory Racing prior to ordering if you wish to have these flanges welded to your intercooler. Performance-proven and built with unparalleled craftsmanship, this intercooler is rated to support 600-850HP. Its core measures 24" x 12" x 3.0", with an overall size of 36.5" (inlet to inlet) x 12" tall x 3.0" thick. All intercoolers ship with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face of the core.
