To reduce failure rate, each unit is carefully identified and completely disassembled to its core assembly. Then, all core assemblies are cleaned and inspected to ensure core quality guidelines are met before reassembly begins. All component parts are quality tested against OE specification with the worn parts being reconditioned or replaced to meet emission requirements and maximize engine performance. The reassembled units are calibrated to OE specification, checked on the flow bench to validate flow, and checked for leaks before being packed. All our diesel injectors come with new o-rings, copper seals and instruction sheets to make installation easier.
