The Havis K9-F23-SDS-3 is a standard K9 transport system designed for Ford F-Series trucks. It features a 2/3 K9 officer and 1/3 storage system, with the storage system configurable for either driver or passenger-side access. The unit includes three removable shelves and a next-generation front slider door with improved sliders to eliminate rattle. It's constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with smooth edges and tight gaps to prevent injury. The main components have a durable white powder coat finish, while the center sliding door and window guards are black powder-coated. The design maximizes driver seat travel without compromising K9 entry and mounts to OEM points with no drilling required. The window guards are removable for optional 10\" emergency exhaust fan mounting (K9-A-104 fan option sold separately). It includes adapters and a hose to connect to OEM ductwork under the seats, directing air to vents on the K9 compartment's front wall. An upper guard on the rear wall folds down for easy access and cleaning, and a screw-on 31”w x 12.5”h storage access panel is included on the rear wall. It's easy to install and clean.
