Standard Placement V-Band Exhaust Manifold

The STM Standard Placement V-Band Exhaust Manifold is a hand-fabricated, tig-welded component designed specifically for the 2001-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII, and IX models. Constructed with a mild steel head flange to prevent stud pull-out and durable Schedule 10 1.5" stainless steel runners, this manifold offers improved exhaust flow, leading to potential gains in power and performance. The transitions are hand-blended to ensure optimal flow. It is designed to accommodate Garrett Gen 2 V-Band, Garrett/TiAL V-Band, or PTE V-Band style turbos and includes a flange for a TiAL 44mm MVR wastegate. Installation of this manifold will require a custom downpipe/O2 housing or a full hot part kit, as it is a direct bolt-on for stock-frame turbos and their specified V-Band housings. An optional high-temperature ceramic coating, rated for 2000°F, is available to enhance durability and heat management.
