The PPE Standard Profile Aluminum Transmission Pan is a direct replacement for the stock pan on GM Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions. Cast from high-grade aluminum alloy, it features 3/4 inch external cooling fins to help reduce fluid temperatures. The pan is 5 inches deep and includes robust side ribbing for added strength.

Replace your stock, stamped metal transmission pan with the PPE Standard Profile Aluminum Transmission Pan, designed to enhance cooling and protection for GM Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions. Constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy, this pan offers increased durability over the OE unit due to its thick cast construction and additional side ribbing. The 5-inch deep pan is ideal for lowered vehicles and features 3/4 inch external cooling fins that effectively reduce transmission fluid temperatures. It maintains the stock fluid capacity and retains the use of the original Allison pan gasket. For added functionality, the pan is equipped with 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch NPT threaded ports, allowing for the easy installation of gauge sensors. New zinc-plated Allen head mounting hardware is supplied, including M8 x 1.25 x 30mm Allen head bolts. This transmission pan is perfect for hot rod or marine applications. It is covered by a lifetime warranty and is available in raw, brushed, or black finishes. Applications include GMC and Chevy model year 2001 to present with GM Allison Transmissions.
