Standard Regulated Return Fuel System Kit

The Driven Diesel Standard Regulated Return Fuel System Kit is engineered to upgrade the fuel system of 1999-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L Super Duty trucks, providing more reliable and consistent fuel pressure. This kit replaces the restrictive "dead-head" stock fuel rails by tying the ends together through an adjustable Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator, allowing for precise fuel pressure control. Included in the kit are replacement Fuel Feed Lines that connect from the fuel filter to the cylinder heads, eliminating the stock check valves and the kinks inherent in the original lines. This design significantly increases fuel flow through the heads, addressing fuel delivery issues, especially with the #8 injector. By ensuring adequate fuel quantity and pressure to all injectors, it also reduces injector noise and extends injector life, particularly when installing new stock or aftermarket injectors. This kit is highly recommended to protect investments in new injectors and to maximize performance. An optional High Flow Banjo Bolt Kit, made from T-304 Stainless Steel, is available to further reduce restriction and increase flow to the fuel rails, supporting higher horsepower modifications.
