This system works in conjunction with the OEM intercoolers, effectively doubling the factory coolant capacity. The "Standard" size measures 26 x 7 x 2 inches, offers a fluid capacity of approximately 42 ounces with lines, and supports up to 900 rear-wheel horsepower. For even greater performance demands, the "Full Race" version boasts a larger 26 x 7 x 3.5-inch footprint, a 60-ounce fluid capacity, and is capable of supporting up to 1200 rear-wheel horsepower. Installation of this heat exchanger requires the removal of the foam bumper insert. Additionally, both versions necessitate trimming of the OEM driver-side intercooler air dam located behind the bumper cover. The "Full Race" version requires further modification, including trimming of the front fascia. For Challenger models, this front fascia trimming may be more extensive than for Charger models. Furthermore, the "Full Race" version may not be compatible with Challengers equipped with front cameras. To achieve optimal performance gains from this heat exchanger, a custom tune may be required. The product is intended for off-road use only and is not CARB compliant. The kit includes the heat exchanger, brackets, mounting hardware, coolant lines, fittings, and detailed instructions. Professional installation is recommended due to the mechanical expertise required.
