The ACL 4B1946H-STD is a set of standard-size rod bearings engineered for high-performance Honda and Acura B-series engines. They are constructed with a unique combination of design, metallurgy, and engineering to deliver expected performance. Key features include a high-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties, and hardened steel backs on all conrod bearings for enhanced durability. The bearings also incorporate increased crush, elimination of flash plating, and 3/4 grooving on main bearings for optimum oil supply. Tight, consistent wall tolerances and oversize chamfers are implemented where applicable to ensure precise fit and function. ACL Race Series bearings are manufactured to exacting tolerances using micron-level machining and precision measurement systems, ensuring consistent accuracy in wall thickness and crush for reliable fit and maintained clearances. This listing is specifically for H-STD Rod Bearings suitable for all Honda & Acura B16A, B18A/B, and B20 applications. However, it explicitly does not fit the B18C engine variant.
