New Starter. Counter-clockwise rotation. Cast iron housing. Top mount rear entry starter. For standard rotation GM and Ford engines. Replaces Crusader RA122009, Mercruiser 50-808011A05, Marine Power 475106, OMC 986007, Pleasurecraft Marine RA122009, Volvo Penta 21129980, and Sierra 18-5902. All marine starters must be ignition protected to prevent explosion. Sierra's new and remanufactured starters are the only marine starters that meet Marine UL standards. Our starters also meet International standards as required by the European Community. Sierra's remanufactured starters all have new solenoids, drives, bushings, brushes and springs. The bodies are powder coated for greater corrosion resistance. Sierra has entered an agreement with United Technologies to market their complete line of outboard starters and components. UT currently is the OEM supplier to Mercury and OMC for outboard starters. All are 100% load tested. Our remanufactured starters are covered by Sierra's customer satisfaction warranty. Sierra has late model, hard to find GM permanent magnet starters.
