Stattama Stainless Crossover and Downpipe Combo

The ZZPerformance ZZ-38-TC-DP is a Stattama stainless steel crossover and downpipe combo engineered for high-performance turbo 3800 engine builds targeting over 500 wheel horsepower. This integrated unit is fabricated as one matching piece and must be purchased together. The crossover section is equipped with a T4 flange and a dedicated perch for a TiAL 38mm wastegate, designed to work seamlessly with a T67 turbo. The accompanying 3-inch diameter downpipe requires a TOG style bolt-in connection to integrate with your existing cat-back exhaust system. To accommodate the large diameter of the downpipe, a smaller diameter brake booster from 2001+ Monte Carlo and Impala models is necessary. This downpipe features V-Band inlets for a secure connection and an O2 bung conveniently placed for the primary O2 sensor. Due to the substantial diameter, intentional indentations are incorporated into the pipe for optimal fitment. ZZPerformance emphasizes that this component is designed exclusively for their turbo, wastegate, and downpipe system, and they do not offer custom modifications to fit other manufacturers' parts.
