Stattama Turbo Kit with T67 Turbo

The ZZP Stattama turbo kit represents a premium evolution of the Z7 kit, specifically engineered for enthusiasts aiming for 450+ wheel horsepower (WHP). This comprehensive package features a Stattama T67 turbocharger, a T4 exhaust setup with a stainless steel crossover pipe, and a 38mm TiAL wastegate for precise boost control. Also included are front and rear stainless steel powerlogs, a 3-inch stainless steel downpipe, and powder-coated intake pipes for enhanced durability and aesthetics. A custom PCM is provided for optimized engine management, alongside a boost controller and a small diameter brake booster. The kit offers options for intercooler size, with a standard 22x8x3.5 unit and an oversized 24x12x4 option. The oversized intercooler requires the removal of the factory bumper support. Fitment varies by year, with specific configurations available for the 1997 Grand Prix (which includes a unique downpipe for its brake booster), 1998-03 Grand Prix/00-05 Monte Carlo/Impala models, and 2004-07 Grand Prix models (which incorporate an LT1 MAF conversion). The kit generally works with Impala, Regal, Grand Prix, and Monte Carlo, and can be adapted for Bonneville, but does not work on F-body vehicles.
