The Carefree SL RV Window Awning is designed to complement any RV awning, keeping rain out and allowing cool air in. It features Carefree's Vinyl Weatherguard, a heavy-duty vinyl wrap that protects the awning from scratches and harsh weather, with a White Vinyl Weatherguard. To measure, add 6 inches to the window frame's outside edge-to-outside edge measurement and round up to the next size. The SL Window Awning measurement refers to the arm center-to-arm center measurement, and the actual length is 4 inches longer than the stated size. XL sizes are available for windows 36 inches or taller. Spring tension keeps the fabric taut when extended and closed when retracted. Installation is simple, attaching with a standard awning rail (included). Each arm attaches at the bottom with three screws through the bottom support and pivot bracket. When extended, the awning is held in place with the included window awning strap and catch. The complete unit includes the roller assembly, fabric, white arms, white hardware, pull-down strap, and awning rail for mounting.
