The ZZP Stealth Heat Exchanger is a direct-fit, oversized replacement for the Cobalt. Constructed from 100% aluminum, it features a dual-pass design and natural finish. This unit is 3x larger than stock and 70% larger than the Griffin alternative, with overall dimensions of 26 1/4" wide by 18 7/8" tall (including the fill cap). The actual heat exchanger section measures 26" wide by 13 3/4" tall.

The ZZP Stealth Heat Exchanger is an oversized, direct-fit upgrade designed specifically for the Cobalt, offering a significant increase in cooling capacity. Unlike stock units, this 100% aluminum, dual-pass heat exchanger is 3 times larger than the original and 70% larger than the Griffin model. It bolts in exactly like the factory part with no additional brackets required, even for mounting the AC condenser. This unit comes with a convenient fill cap for easy system filling. While it provides a substantial performance upgrade, the front appearance of your vehicle remains stock after installation, making it a dealer and warranty-friendly modification. Overall dimensions are 26 1/4" wide by 18 7/8" tall (to the top of the cap), with the active heat exchange area measuring 26" wide by 13 3/4" tall.
