The Fleece Performance Stealth Mach 1 is a 64mm drop-in replacement turbocharger for the 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins. It features a 2618 aluminum alloy compressor wheel with an extended tip billet design and a 713C nickel alloy turbine wheel.

The Fleece Performance Stealth Mach 1 is an upgraded, direct-fit replacement turbocharger engineered for the 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins. This turbo boasts a custom-profile 64mm (62.45mm actual) 11-blade Extended Tip Billet 2618 Aluminum Alloy Compressor Wheel, precisely matched to a modified compressor cover. It is paired with a 65mm 10-blade 713C Nickel Alloy Turbine Wheel housed within the HE351's 9cm housing. For enhanced durability and performance, it features a 360-degree thrust bearing and grooved journal bearings for improved oil retention and cooling. The Stealth Mach 1 is recognized for its rapid spool-up, minimizing the difference in responsiveness compared to a stock HE351 during light throttle operation. This rapid spool is attributed to the tight exhaust housing and lightweight turbine wheel, making it an excellent choice for daily driven Cummins trucks. With stock injectors and a built transmission, expect an easy 100+ RWHP gain without requiring a tune adjustment. It offers great towing performance with excellent Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) control. This turbo serves as a solid foundation for future compound or twin-turbo setups, with users achieving 950-1,000HP in such configurations. As a single turbo, it's capable of over 700RWHP, as demonstrated in testing with upgraded injectors and a CP3 pump, yielding 722RWHP. This turbocharger comes with a 12-month warranty. It supersedes previous models DM1552050202000 and DM1682050202000.
