The Duramax Tuner Stealth Mach 1 Turbocharger (CPS200289) is a direct replacement turbo designed specifically for 2024-2025 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD trucks featuring the 6.6L L5P/L5D Duramax diesel engine. Key features include a custom 64mm 11-blade extended tip billet compressor wheel, which offers a wider efficiency range and is less prone to surge than stock designs, providing up to 72 lbs/min of mass airflow compared to the stock 60 lbs/min. The custom 9-blade turbine wheel is larger than stock, with a more aggressive blade angle to capture exhaust energy more effectively, while 50% thicker blades add heat tolerance. A custom vane cage allows for the fitment of the larger turbine wheel and supports improved exhaust flow and high-load efficiency. The Stealth Mach 1 Turbo is capable of supporting up to 700HP, with claims of up to 625 RWHP with stock emissions equipment and basic supporting modifications. Competition setups with extensive modifications have achieved over 750+ RWHP. The lighter rotating assembly contributes to a snappy spool-up, similar to the factory turbo, and the unit is precision balanced in-house.
