The JL Audio SB-GM-AVAL/12TW3 Stealthbox is a custom-integrated subwoofer enclosure engineered to deliver powerful bass to your 2002-2013 Chevrolet Avalanche or 2002-2009 Cadillac Escalade EXT. This model incorporates JL Audio's TW3 thinline 12-inch subwoofer drivers, allowing for a lower profile compared to previous Stealthbox designs for these vehicles. The enclosure is constructed from 100% fiberglass and coated with a durable, textured material designed to match the vehicle's bed. It replaces the factory mid-gate, maintaining its folding functionality for carrying long items in the bed. The unit contains dual 12TW3-D4 subwoofers in a sealed enclosure, with a total power handling of 800 watts, wired for 4 ohm mono operation. JL Audio is committed to in-house loudspeaker production, with this Stealthbox being built in their Miramar, Florida factory. The TW3 subwoofer series is among their proprietary technologies that benefit from this direct manufacturing oversight.
