Constructed from German Steel 16MnCr5, this sprocket is manufactured to exceed OEM requirements, ensuring extreme longevity. It features 15 teeth and is precision-cut on CNC machines with modern milling technology. The "DIAMOND CUT" process used for cutting the teeth provides a super accurate cutting surface and a visibly higher quality finish compared to standard milled sprockets. This innovative process also results in the material being highly condensed in the area of the teeth flanges. Specific to this front sprocket are its features: 25% higher degrees of hardness in the teeth flanges and 50% better surface smoothness for particularly quiet operation. Tolerances for overall diameter and wobble remain under 0.1 mm, guaranteeing a perfect fit on the drive shaft and smooth running. This model is specifically listed for various Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE/SE ABS models (2023-2024) and a wide range of other Suzuki and Triumph motorcycles, including GSX-S, Katana, SV, and Street Triple models.
