STEEL UNDERBODY 96X18X18 2 DOORS BLK

Constructed from 14 gauge cold rolled steel with a five-stage metal pretreatment anti-corrosion protection system and a black polyester powder coat finish. It features two horizontally hinged doors, also 14 gauge steel with inner stiffeners. All welds are full arc welds. Doors are attached with stainless steel pillow block type hinges, self-lubricating bushings, and 5/16” stainless steel hinge pins (welded to the box). Heavy-duty machine chains hold doors open and are detachable for 180° drop. A drip rail is formed over the door by the top panel. A full-size, stainless steel paddle handle rotary latch is recessed into the door. Two keys are provided, and doors can be closed with the latch locked. A ribbed D-Bulb seal is installed in a recessed channel around the door opening, and the door has a formed knife edge that contacts the seal when closed.
