The Weigh Safe Drop Hitch in black cerakote features a built-in gauge that measures tongue weight for safer towing. Crafted from solid, aircraft-grade aluminum, it offers a premium cerakote coating that enhances abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. The hitch is available in 4", 6", 8", and 10" drop lengths and 2", 2.5”, and 3” receiver sizes. The built-in tongue weight scale eliminates the need for external scales or weigh stations. Proper tongue weight (10-15% of gross trailer weight) is crucial to prevent trailer sway or poor tow vehicle performance.
