The Dynatech MuscleMaxx Header Systems are engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade for specific Small-Block Chevy applications, eliminating the need for modifications. These full-length headers are constructed from durable steel with a silver ceramic coating for enhanced longevity and aesthetics. They feature substantial 3/8-inch laser-cut flanges designed to ensure a leak-free seal, crucial for optimal performance. The primary tubes are stepped, ranging from 1-3/4 inches to 1-7/8 inches in diameter, combined with a long tube design to maximize horsepower and torque gains. The header ports are specifically sized to offer optimized flow, accommodating a wide array of cylinder heads, including popular Crate Engine options. For installation, these systems include headers, reducers, gaskets, bolts, and hardware, with 4-bolt, 3-inch collectors and included 3-inch reducers. This particular system is designed to fit 1967-69 Camaros and 1968-74 Novas equipped with Small-Block Chevy engines. The low-profile collector connections are intended to provide maximum ground clearance during operation.
