The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2043E-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed to meet high standards of precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, and clutches, are meticulously inspected and tested. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, Zumbrota replaces all bearings and seals, inspects gears for correct tooth contact patterns, and sets precise backlash for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are verified to meet OEM standards for straightness. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning process for both internal and external parts. This method sets a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. The RAA435-2043E-P assembly features a 4.11 gear ratio and a positive-traction (posi) differential, designed for the Ford 10.5" Sterling 10.5 axle. This axle assembly is specifically designed for the following Ford applications: 2002-2004 Ford F-250, 2002-2004 Ford F-350 Single Rear Wheel (SRW) models, and 2002-2005 Ford Excursion models.
