The MAPerformance STI Air Intake Kit is a performance cold air intake system engineered specifically for the EJ-powered 2015-2021 Subaru STI models. MAPerformance has dedicated extensive effort to design, test, and manufacture this intake to be a top-tier offering for the VA chassis STI. This intake system boasts a full 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing design, which is crafted from 304 stainless steel to reduce restrictions and maximize airflow velocity and charge potential. It incorporates a large 6-inch high-flow cone air filter and a velocity stack to ensure a smooth transition of air from the filter to the turbo inlet, optimizing performance. The use of 304 stainless steel also provides superior corrosion resistance and an enhanced appearance under the hood. Installation of this cold air intake requires the car's undertray to be installed. The kit includes the 304SS air intake pipe, a stainless steel heat shield, the 6" cone air filter, an MAF extension harness (for 2018+ models), a 3" coupler, three worm clamps, an intake silencer plug, and all necessary hardware. MAPerformance backs this product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
