STI 6-Piston/2-Piston Brembo Brake Kit

The Mach V/Subaru STI 6-Piston/2-Piston Brembo Brake Kit is a comprehensive upgrade designed to integrate Subaru STI 6-piston front and 2-piston rear Brembo brakes onto the 2022+ Subaru WRX. Unlike older models, the 2022+ WRX's caliper mounting location requires a revised approach. This kit avoids spacers behind the rotor, which can cause vibration and necessitate longer wheel studs, by providing custom-designed two-piece front rotors with lightweight aluminum hats. This complete brake solution includes genuine, new Subaru Brembo calipers in your choice of fluorescent yellow-green or silver with black STi logos. The kit also features custom Mach V slotted, two-piece front rotors, KNS/DBA rear rotors, and OEM Subaru brake pads. The front rotors measure 13.4" in diameter, and the rear rotors are 12.8". Installation requires some modifications, including trimming the outer lip of the rear brake rotor dust shield and a small portion of the front dust shield to accommodate the larger calipers. It is crucial to ensure that the brake lines do not contact any moving parts, especially the wheels, particularly with 18" diameter wheels. Significant wheel clearance is required due to the large size of the calipers. While some aftermarket wheels are known to clear, the 18" OEM 2022+ WRX wheels will ONLY fit with the addition of a 20mm wheel spacer. Consult with the manufacturer for specific wheel fitment information. This kit fits all 2022+ Subaru WRX models. However, the rear kit cannot be fitted to CVT transmission cars equipped with an electronic parking brake.
