Features include e-coating (400-hour salt water resistance), double-disc grinding for parallelism and reduced DTV, full machining for balance, mill balancing to less than 2 oz-inch, center-split core castings for heat transfer, and Power Alloy metallurgy (enhanced carbon and molybdenum for crack resistance and improved NVH). Most rotors match OEM cooling vane design, with some popular applications featuring improved directional vanes for increased airflow, greater fade resistance, and faster temperature recovery.
