Description

The Martyr CMX40S is a streamlined zinc collar designed for prop shaft protection in saltwater environments. It meets stringent MIL-A-18001 specifications for sacrificial anodes and features interlocking halves secured with screw-on fasteners. The anode is made from a zinc alloy with small concentrations of cadmium and aluminum, intended to erode sacrificially and protect metal components from galvanic corrosion.
