The Tein Street Advance Z coilover kit is a suspension upgrade designed for the Mazda MX-5 Miata (NCEC). It features steel construction with a twin-tube internal design and a 22mm piston diameter. Ride height is adjustable via the spring seat, and the kit includes front and rear springs with specified rates and free lengths.

The Tein Street Advance Z coilover kit is engineered to provide a sporty ride and aggressive stance for the Mazda MX-5 Miata (NCEC) models from 2006-2015. Building on the legacy of the Super Street coilover, this kit utilizes new Advance Needle technology for a noticeable change in damping force across its 16-way adjustable range. The twin-tube construction with a 22mm piston diameter contributes to its performance characteristics. Each kit is built with steel construction and features a shortened shell case design for optimal damper stroke at lowered ride heights. The ride height is adjustable using a threaded sleeve with a durable ZT coating that resists abrasion and corrosion. Internal components and external coatings have been updated to enhance durability and product life, making these dampers suitable for both daily driving and spirited use. Front spring specifications include a rate of 308 lbs/in and a free length of 225mm. The rear springs have a rate of 196 lbs/in and also a free length of 225mm. The kit is EDFC compatible, allowing for electronic damping force control. It comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
