The Rotora Street Challenge 6-Piston Big Brake Kit is a high-performance front braking system engineered to significantly improve brake modulation and pedal feel. By strategically working with the original vehicle's stock master cylinder, this kit achieves a proportional front-to-rear brake bias, leading to shorter stopping distances and enhanced control under demanding conditions. This kit features robust 6-piston calipers, precision-machined from forged aluminum (2024-T6) for exceptional strength, stiffness, and reduced unsprung weight. The two-piece disc design incorporates a billet 7075-T6 forged aluminum hat to effectively manage heat-related stress and further minimize weight. The directional vented brake discs, constructed from heat-treated materials, are available in both slotted and drilled configurations to maximize airflow, cooling, and debris evacuation during severe braking. Further enhancing performance, the kit includes DOT compliant stainless steel braided brake lines, which provide a firmer pedal response by preventing hose expansion. The calipers are equipped with high-temperature dust boots for reduced maintenance.
