Street Fighter Series Connecting Rods for 5.9L/6.7L Cummins

The Wagler Street Fighter Series connecting rods offer a robust solution for 1989-2018 Cummins 5.9L/6.7L diesel engines, particularly for hot street trucks. These rods are engineered to support up to 1,800 HP. The as-forged manufacturing process, utilizing 4340ACQ Certified material forged by Trenton Forging, provides inherent strength while minimizing machining to achieve affordability. All aspects of design, manufacturing, and quality assurance are handled in-house. These connecting rods accept either common rail or 12V replacement bearings and are precision honed to fit factory pistons without requiring clearancing. Each set comes standard with ARP L19 1/2” fasteners, machined in vital areas, and shot-peened to reduce stress risers. The design includes a dual angled tongue and groove cap to ensure proper alignment and maintain a true bore, preventing offset caps. Each set of connecting rods is balanced to a +/-6 gram standard, ensuring consistent performance. These rods are made in the USA.
