Street Header Kit 22R/RE

The LC Engineering Street Header Kit is a "best bang for your buck" bolt-on performance part for 1985-1995 Toyota trucks with 22R/RE engines. It is designed to deliver a 10-15% power increase, particularly to the top end of the powerband where these vehicles often struggle. This kit is CARB EO: D-462-1 legal and 50-state legal. The entire assembly is finished with a high-temperature ceramic coating for enhanced durability and resistance to heat. Installation is made easier as LC Engineering includes all necessary gaskets. The kit includes the 4WD (82-95) Street Header, a 4WD Connector Pipe, and a Street Header Gasket Set specific to 85-95 models. For pre-1988 applications with a factory non-heated single-wire oxygen sensor, the relocated O2 sensor provision requires the use of a universal 4-wire heated O2 sensor (sold separately) for improved signal, gas mileage, and performance. Vehicles from 1988-1995 typically use a factory-heated O2 sensor. LC Engineering does not recommend wrapping the headers with exhaust wrap, as this can lead to premature failure and corrosion, and will void the warranty. While LC Engineering strives for optimal fitment, minor modifications or fabrication may be necessary on a small number of applications due to variations in Toyota production and aftermarket modifications. Fitment for RVs cannot be guaranteed due to their custom nature; a test-fit header option is available.
