Street Headers

The Hedman Hedders 69450 is a set of standard-duty, uncoated, long-tube street headers engineered for Big Block Chevy engines and compatible with GM Fullsize Trucks from 1988-1995. These headers are constructed from mild steel with smooth-flowing, CNC mandrel-bent tubes, hand-welded to ensure precision and durability. The primary tubes measure 1.75 inches in diameter, leading to a 3-inch collector, designed to optimize exhaust flow for increased horsepower and torque. Hedman's unique gasketless ball and socket collector design simplifies installation by accommodating slight exhaust system misalignment, eliminating the need for a collector gasket. The headers come with a temporary black paint finish that will burn off under normal operating temperatures; optional silver or black ceramic-metallic finishes are available for enhanced protection and heat management. This product includes all necessary mounting hardware, including header flange bolts and collector bolts, along with a pair of gaskets.
