Street Heat Stage 3 Polluter V2 Camshaft

The Tick Performance Street Heat Stage 3 "POLLUTER V2" Camshaft is part of their Elite Series, designed to meet performance goals from mild to wild for LS1 & LS6 engines. Manufactured by Cam Motion, these camshafts utilize the latest valvetrain technology and are updated regularly to remain cutting-edge. This specific camshaft offers an intake duration of 239 and an exhaust duration of 244, with valve lifts of .635" for the intake and .610" for the exhaust. It operates effectively within a 3000-7000 RPM range and is expected to provide 50-70RWHP gains over a stock camshaft in a properly optimized setup. The Polluter V2 camshaft is designed for LS1, LS6, LQ4, and LQ9 engines (325-364ci) that are equipped with Cathedral Port Heads. Significant supporting modifications are necessary for optimal performance and reliability with this camshaft. This includes the mandatory requirement for aftermarket longtube-style headers and a stall converter rated for 4000+ RPM. For manual transmissions, a rear gear upgrade of 4.10 or higher is suggested, while automatics benefit from 3.73 gears or higher. Additionally, this camshaft works well with nitrous applications up to a 250 shot, but it will not pass most smog emissions tests. Tick Performance strongly suggests using their Tick/PAC Dual Valvesprings and hardened pushrods, which are sold separately. Changes to the LSA or any other specification of this camshaft are not available, as countless hours were dedicated to its development to ensure precise performance as advertised.
